You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the technology or design sectors. You understand the nuances of the Japanese market and have a proven track record of building successful partnerships that drive revenue growth. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with local agencies, systems integrators, and commercial partners. You are proactive and enjoy the challenge of creating new programs from scratch while scaling existing initiatives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape Figma's partner strategy in Japan.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard new prospects for Figma's official distribution partner program. You will manage existing service partners to drive revenue while ensuring that the needs of our Japanese customers are met. Collaborating closely with Figma's go-to-market teams, you will source, scope, and progress partnership opportunities that align with our strategic goals. You will play a key role in shaping the long-term partner strategy and will be instrumental in accelerating Figma's growth in the region.
