You have extensive experience in business development within the telecommunications sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities. Your background includes a proven track record of driving sales and building long-lasting client relationships, particularly in the context of cybersecurity and data protection solutions tailored for telecoms. You are adept at leading global teams and managing complex projects that require collaboration across various functions.
You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams of specialists dedicated to business development initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, is a key strength. You are results-oriented, with a focus on achieving strategic goals and driving revenue growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic growth and development of Acronis's telecommunications sector, focusing on expanding the company's global cyber protection solutions. You will be responsible for establishing a dedicated business unit for telecommunications, centralizing efforts, and leveraging successful case studies to drive expansion. Your leadership will guide a global team of Key Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Marketing Managers, and Technical Account Managers.
You will collaborate closely with the Chief Sales Officer and other senior leaders to align business strategies and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Your role will involve identifying market trends, developing tailored offerings for telecoms, and driving sales strategies that resonate with both business and consumer customers. You will also be instrumental in fostering relationships with key telecom accounts worldwide, ensuring that Acronis remains a leader in the cyber protection space.
