Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the EMEA region, and possess strong leadership skills that inspire and develop teams across diverse cultures and markets. Your experience includes building predictable pipelines through both inbound and outbound strategies, with a keen focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You understand the nuances of different buying behaviors and can adapt strategies accordingly.

You excel in aligning regional priorities with global revenue objectives, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Your analytical mindset allows you to oversee performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline creation effectively, ensuring that your team meets its targets consistently.

You are adept at optimizing inbound lead qualification processes, ensuring that high-intent leads are acted upon promptly and efficiently. Your partnership with Marketing is crucial in enhancing lead scoring and conversion rates, driving funnel performance to new heights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the business development strategy for the EMEA region, leading a multi-country BDR team to execute on this vision. You will design and implement outbound prospecting strategies that are centered around ABM, continuously improving these processes to maximize effectiveness. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that your team is aligned with the overall sales strategy and that they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

You will act as the regional point of accountability for BDR performance, providing guidance and support to your team while also collaborating with Sales and Marketing to define and prioritize high-value targets. Your role will involve regular forecasting and performance reviews to ensure that the team is on track to meet its goals.

You will also oversee the inbound lead qualification process, ensuring that leads are routed and followed up on quickly and consistently. By partnering with Marketing, you will work to optimize lead scoring and conversion rates, ensuring that your team is focused on the highest quality leads.
