Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the EMEA region, with experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your ability to understand diverse markets and cultures allows you to tailor approaches that resonate with various buying behaviors. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and optimize performance.

You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams in a multi-country environment. Your experience includes developing and executing business development strategies that align with global revenue objectives. You are adept at fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure a seamless process from lead generation to deal closure.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the business development strategy for the EMEA region, focusing on building a predictable and high-quality pipeline. You will lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inbound lead qualification and optimizing lead scoring and conversion rates in partnership with Marketing.

You will design and implement outbound prospecting strategies, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing, you will prioritize high-value targets and ensure that your team acts promptly on high-intent leads. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the business development landscape across EMEA, allowing you to make a significant impact on revenue growth.
