You have a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing teams and driving business growth. Your understanding of market trends and customer requirements allows you to effectively contribute to product development and regional expansion strategies. You excel in building relationships with key stakeholders and have a knack for negotiating and closing deals that align with business objectives. Your analytical mindset helps you monitor operational activities and ensure that sales targets are met consistently.
You are a strategic thinker who can define sales priorities and align them with functional teams. Your ability to share market knowledge and insights with cross-functional teams contributes to the overall success of the organization. What you'll do
As the General Manager for the UK & I region, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets consistent with Acronis's business strategy. You will build knowledge about the competitive landscape and identify top prospects, vendors, and distributors in the allocated countries. Your role will involve sharing market insights with functional teams to contribute to regional expansion plans and executing the Acronis Sales Model effectively.
You will lead the development of sales proposals and manage customer relationships, ensuring that the voice of the customer is represented internally. Planning and executing departmental annual business plans and operating budgets will be key responsibilities, along with proactively monitoring daily operational activities to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets. You will work closely with functional sales teams to define priorities and provide guidance and coaching to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
