Choco is seeking a Head of Sales for the UK&I market to lead a high-performing team and drive new business growth. You'll be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy and coaching Account Executives. This role requires strong leadership and sales expertise.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in the food industry or a related field. You understand the complexities of selling into family-owned and relationship-driven businesses, and you excel at building strong partnerships. Your experience includes coaching and developing high-performing sales teams, and you are skilled at designing repeatable outbound sales motions that drive growth. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating the challenges of scaling a business. You are passionate about sustainability and are excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact in the food system.
What you'll do
As the Head of Sales UK&I at Choco, you will lead a team of Account Executives and work closely with Sales Development Representatives to drive new business growth. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the UK market, focusing on increasing sales velocity and deal size. You will coach your team to win and grow key distributor accounts, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate pipeline and remove any blockers that may hinder sales efforts. Your role will involve establishing team rituals and elevating sales execution to ensure that your team meets and exceeds their targets. You will also have a direct line to leadership, providing you with the opportunity to influence product development and future hiring decisions.
