You'll be responsible for managing partner relationships and maximizing revenue impact. This role requires experience in business development and partnership management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the advertising or media sectors. Your experience includes managing partnerships and driving revenue growth, ideally in a programmatic context. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate complex partner relationships with ease. You understand the UK market dynamics and have a proven track record of cultivating successful partnerships. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively bridge gaps between US-based partners and local market opportunities. You are results-driven and have a keen ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Desirable
Experience in the TV or streaming industry is a plus, as is familiarity with programmatic advertising technologies. You may have worked with demand-side platforms (DSPs) or supply-side platforms (SSPs) and understand how to leverage these tools for partnership success. A network of contacts within the UK advertising ecosystem would be beneficial, as would any experience in cross-border initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Roku's programmatic partnerships across the UK. You will manage existing partner relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to expand Roku's presence in the market. Your role will involve coordinating cross-border initiatives to ensure alignment between US-based partners and UK market needs. You will work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue impact and ensure the success of partnerships. You will also analyze market trends and partner performance to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in partnership management. Your contributions will be critical in helping Roku achieve its mission of connecting consumers with the content they love.
