Wunderkind is hiring a Senior Manager of Business Development to scale its new business function in the UK market. You'll work closely with CMO's of e-commerce companies and Directors at Fortune 500's to drive growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in consultative sales.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the performance marketing sector, with at least 5+ years of experience. Your ability to create immediate credibility and rapport with C-suite executives sets you apart, and you thrive in consultative sales environments where you can leverage your emotional intelligence to solve complex problems. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a strong understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology, which enhances your effectiveness in closing deals.
You believe in the power of personalized marketing and understand how to communicate its value to potential clients. Your experience in the UK market gives you insights into local trends and customer needs, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively. You are not just a salesperson; you are a strategic partner who helps clients think differently about their businesses and achieve their goals.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Business Development at Wunderkind, you will be responsible for scaling the new business function in the UK. You will report directly to the VP Sales INTL and work alongside a team of consultative experts. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with key decision-makers in e-commerce and Fortune 500 companies, helping them understand the transformative power of Wunderkind's performance marketing solutions. You will lead initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention through personalized messaging across various channels, including websites, email, text, and ads.
You will also collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that the solutions you offer align with client needs and market demands. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Wunderkind in the UK market. You will be expected to track your progress against sales targets and report on key metrics to the leadership team, ensuring that you are contributing to the company's ambitious growth objectives.
