You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a tech or SaaS environment — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services offered. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, fostering trust and collaboration with clients and internal teams alike.
You are data-driven and possess a keen analytical mindset — you understand how to leverage analytics to inform customer strategies and drive engagement. Your experience in app marketing or related fields gives you a unique perspective on how to support clients in achieving their goals. You are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and you actively contribute to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Adjust, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our measurement and analytics suite.
