What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Adjust, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with the technical support they need to maximize their use of our analytics suite. You will conduct onboarding sessions and training for new clients, ensuring they understand how to leverage our tools effectively. You will work closely with the Client Services team to resolve inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and advocate for their needs.
