What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at Adjust, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the integration process and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to leverage Adjust's analytics suite effectively. You will work closely with the Client Services team to resolve inquiries and provide technical support through calls and meetings. Your role will involve understanding client needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients can measure and grow their apps successfully. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
