Agicap is hiring a Sales Team Lead to manage and develop their Sales Development Representatives in the DACH region. You'll play a crucial role in driving the company's growth towards a 100M€+ ARR SaaS business. This position requires strong leadership and sales management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in managing teams of Sales Development Representatives. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team is key to driving performance and achieving ambitious sales targets. You understand the dynamics of the DACH market and have a strategic mindset to navigate its challenges. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to optimize processes and improve team efficiency. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with other departments, ensuring alignment in achieving company goals. You are passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

What you'll do

As the Sales Team Lead at Agicap, you will oversee a team of 6 SDRs, guiding them in their daily activities and helping them reach their full potential. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring they are aligned with Agicap's growth strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and the Senior Management Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as providing coaching and feedback to your team members. You will also collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to onboarding.
