You are passionate about digital marketing and understand how SEO and content performance can drive real business results. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will help your team make informed decisions that benefit clients. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating strategies and motivating your team to meet their goals.
What you'll do
As the Team Lead for BrightEdgeβs Digital account team, you will lead a small team within the larger Account Management department. Your primary focus will be on renewing contracts across our Digital portfolio while also managing your own book of business as a Player-Coach. You will initially train as a full Strategic Account Manager to learn the ropes before taking on team leadership responsibilities. Your role will involve continuous coaching and development of your team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
You will be responsible for setting team goals and performance metrics, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to help your team grow. Collaborating with other departments, you will ensure that your team is aligned with the companyβs overall objectives and that client needs are met effectively. You will also play a key role in developing strategies for upselling and expanding existing accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
