Who you are

You have a strong technical background and experience in solutions engineering, where you've partnered with customers to understand their infrastructure and workflows. Your ability to explain complex topics clearly makes you an effective communicator, and you thrive in customer-facing roles. You enjoy diving into technical architecture and have a knack for guiding technical evaluations to ensure successful deployments. Your empathy for customer needs drives you to deliver ongoing value and influence product roadmaps based on real-world requirements.

You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to solve complex customer problems. You have a passion for data security and compliance, and you understand the importance of enforcing least privilege through effective data management strategies. Your experience with modern protocols and reverse-proxy architectures equips you to tackle challenges in data quality management and infrastructure access.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with customers and prospects to deeply understand their needs and workflows. You will guide technical evaluations and ensure successful deployments of Formal's data security platform. Collaborating with engineering and product teams, you will help shape the product based on customer feedback and real-world use cases. Your role will involve explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions being implemented.

You will also be responsible for influencing the product roadmap by providing insights from customer interactions and technical evaluations. Your ability to empathize with customers will help you identify pain points and propose effective solutions. As you work with various teams, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that customer needs are met and that they derive maximum value from the product.
