You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You thrive in a customer-facing role, bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Developer Success, and Engineering, to ensure customers get the most out of the platform. You are empathetic and clear in your communication, making complex technical concepts accessible to clients.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at WorkOS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience from the very first conversation through successful implementation. You will serve as a technical partner during evaluation, onboarding, and expansion, guiding teams through architectural decisions and building proof of concepts. You will engage early in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to evaluate prospectsβ needs and deliver technical presentations. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through solution design, onboarding, and expansion, ensuring they have a seamless experience with WorkOS products. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Solutions Engineering function and tooling, helping to shape the future of the team.
