What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at WorkOS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience from the very first conversation through successful implementation. You will serve as a technical partner during evaluation, onboarding, and expansion, guiding teams through architectural decisions and building proof of concepts. You will engage early in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to evaluate prospects’ needs and deliver technical presentations. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through solution design, onboarding, and expansion, ensuring they have a seamless experience with WorkOS products. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Solutions Engineering function and tooling, helping to shape the future of the team.
