You have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with 5+ years of experience in business recruiting. You excel at building relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Your ability to engage passive candidates and manage the recruiting funnel from sourcing to onboarding sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, ensuring that every candidate feels valued throughout the hiring process. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in recruitment and actively seek to build diverse teams. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced recruiting environment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
What you'll do
As a Senior Business Recruiter at Superhuman, you will take full ownership of the recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from initial sourcing through to closing and onboarding. You will strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting process, engaging with passive prospects and qualifying candidates effectively. Your role will involve managing interviews and ensuring that candidates have an exceptional experience throughout the process. You will partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, building collaborative relationships to deeply understand the role needs and team culture. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to build and sustain critical pipelines that support the growth of diverse teams. Your insights will help shape the recruitment strategy, ensuring that Superhuman attracts top talent in the industry.
