You have experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the tech or professional services sectors — you've successfully partnered with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent while refining recruitment processes. What you'll do
As a Business Recruiter at Harvey, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various business teams, including Sales, HR, Legal, and Finance. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that attract the best candidates. You will refine and scale our recruiting operations, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of excellence in our hiring practices.
You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Your role will involve providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
