You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the tech industry — you've successfully managed client relationships and driven growth in a competitive landscape. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies sets you apart. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams — whether it's working with engineering to address client needs or coordinating with marketing to align on messaging, you know how to bring people together to achieve common goals. Your analytical mindset helps you leverage data to inform decisions and drive results.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Aerospike, you will take ownership of some of the most exciting Digital Native accounts in Israel — your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that leverage Aerospike's real-time database technology. You will be responsible for driving account growth and ensuring customer satisfaction, acting as the primary point of contact for your clients.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and product, to ensure that client needs are met and that they are receiving the full value of Aerospike's offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively and advocate for your clients will be crucial in this role. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities within your accounts and work to expand Aerospike's footprint in the Digital Native sector.
