Your experience includes managing strategic accounts and building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Aerospike's solutions to potential clients.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for growth within accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of expanding Aerospike's presence in the digital native sector.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow Aerospike's relationships with key Digital Native accounts across North America. You will be responsible for developing account strategies that align with client objectives and drive revenue growth. Your day-to-day activities will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Aerospike's technology. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and leverage your network to expand Aerospike's reach in the market.
You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from clients, helping to shape the development of Aerospike's offerings. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback will be crucial in positioning Aerospike as a leader in real-time database solutions. You will track account performance metrics and report on progress to senior management, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
What we offer
Aerospike offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where your contributions directly impact the company's growth.
