Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on database or infrastructure solutions. Your experience includes engaging with Development and Operations/IT teams within large enterprises, allowing you to navigate complex sales cycles effectively. You are a tenacious and intelligent salesperson who thrives in a consultative selling environment, capable of understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions. You are self-motivated and biased toward action, always looking for opportunities to expand existing relationships and secure new business. Your vertical expertise in technology sales gives you an edge in understanding the unique challenges faced by your clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Aerospike, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales efforts across a defined territory in North America. This includes territory development, prospect qualification, and proposing and closing sales opportunities for Aerospike products and services. You will engage with some of Aerospike’s most strategic customers and partners, working to expand existing relationships while also securing new logo business. Your role will require you to think on your feet and engage in a highly consultative manner, ensuring that you understand the specific needs of each client and can articulate how Aerospike's solutions can meet those needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

What we offer

Aerospike offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and location. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to a product that powers millions of transactions per second with millisecond latency.
