Who you are

You are a driven and tenacious individual with at least 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role, specifically as a Business Development Associate. You possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and have a strong desire to embrace challenges and work hard to achieve audacious goals. Your grit and determination will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new partnership opportunities for Affirm.

You understand the importance of collaboration and will work closely with Account Executives and the Sales & Business Development team to strategize creative outreach campaigns. You are comfortable managing the initial stages of the Sales pipeline, performing cold outreach, and nurturing leads through various inbound channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your ability to engage potential partners about their goals and challenges will be crucial in educating them on the value of Affirm's offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities for Affirm. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the rest of the Sales & Business Development team to strategize creative outreach campaigns and determine the priority of outreach based on potential impact. Managing the first stages of the Sales & Business Development pipeline will be a key responsibility, where you will perform initial cold outreach and nurture leads through various inbound channels.

You will engage potential partners about their goals and challenges, educating them on the value of Affirm's services. Your contributions will significantly impact Affirm's growth as the company scales its core business and product. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in sales, making a meaningful difference in the consumer finance landscape.
