What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for Affirm's people data ecosystem, focusing on designing scalable architecture and setting engineering standards. You will partner closely with various business units to deliver high-quality, trusted people data that powers key talent programs. Your responsibilities will include driving the design, modeling, and reporting of people data, ensuring that insights are actionable and valuable.
You will play a key role in shaping the data roadmap, introducing innovative solutions that enhance the overall data infrastructure.
