Your technical expertise includes a deep understanding of data engineering principles, database management, and cloud services, particularly AWS. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Data and Storage Services organization, specifically focusing on the Online Storage team. You will guide your team in developing frameworks, systems, and tools that support new Affirm products. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing multi-quarter roadmaps, ensuring that your teams are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

You will work closely with product stakeholders to identify and prioritize data management needs, crafting solutions that are both innovative and cost-effective. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, where team members feel empowered to take initiative and contribute to the success of the organization.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while achieving high-quality outcomes.
