Who you are
You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in the financial services sector, with a focus on fraud prevention and customer trust. Your ability to define and execute multi-year strategies is complemented by your strong leadership skills, enabling you to drive alignment across various teams and stakeholders. You understand the importance of embedding fraud prevention into products in a transparent and customer-first manner, ensuring that user experience is not compromised.
You are adept at negotiating resources and creating momentum across teams, fostering collaboration between Engineering, Fraud Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Your experience in managing cross-functional teams allows you to navigate complex organizational structures effectively, ensuring that all parties are aligned towards a common goal of protecting consumers and merchants.
What you'll do
As the Staff Product Manager for Fraud at Affirm, you will be responsible for leading the Trust & Safety strategy, ensuring that fraud prevention measures are seamlessly integrated into the product offerings. You will define a comprehensive fraud platform strategy that scales across products and partner channels, focusing on maintaining customer trust while minimizing friction in the user experience. Your role will involve driving organizational alignment and negotiating resources to deliver holistic solutions that protect both consumers and merchants.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Engineering and Fraud Analytics, to implement effective fraud prevention measures.
