You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in the financial services or technology sectors, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You understand the importance of customer trust and have a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all strategies prioritize user experience and transparency. Your leadership skills enable you to negotiate resources effectively and create momentum across teams, driving alignment and collaboration.
You are adept at defining and executing long-term strategies that scale across products and markets. Your analytical skills allow you to assess risks and opportunities in fraud prevention, ensuring that your strategies are both effective and respectful of customer needs. You thrive in environments that require multi-team alignment and executive-level decision-making, and you are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
What you'll do
As the Staff Product Manager for Fraud at Affirm, you will define and execute a multi-year fraud platform strategy that scales across products and partner channels. You will be the accountable leader for fraud prevention, driving organizational alignment and negotiating resources to deliver holistic solutions that protect consumers and merchants. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Engineering, Fraud Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and international Product teams to ensure that fraud prevention is seamlessly integrated into the product experience.
You will lead initiatives that enhance customer trust while minimizing unnecessary friction in the user experience. This includes developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of fraud prevention strategies and iterating on these strategies based on data-driven insights. You will also be responsible for communicating the fraud prevention strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
