Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on fraud prevention or risk management. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics and have a strong ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Your experience includes working closely with engineering, analytics, and operations teams to drive product development and ensure alignment across functions.
You possess a data-driven mindset and are confident engaging in technical discussions. You understand the importance of building scalable systems that enhance user experience while maintaining security. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own Affirm's fraud product roadmap, orchestrating efforts across various customer-facing use cases and decision platforms. You will build scalable fraud prevention infrastructure that supports Affirm’s growth across merchants, consumers, and international markets. Your responsibilities will include driving product development by collaborating closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and customer support teams.
You will define and establish metrics that measure the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives and ensure that they align with Affirm's mission of providing a seamless and friendly experience for users. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and insights to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and objectives.
