You have experience in account management, particularly in the SMB sector, and understand the nuances of managing client relationships effectively. You excel at building trust with clients and have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring that all clients receive the attention they deserve. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track interactions and performance metrics, and you understand the importance of data in making informed decisions. You are a proactive communicator, regularly engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Agicap, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention within your portfolio of SMB clients in the French market. You will support the customer lifecycle post-onboarding by organizing regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and coordinating action plans with internal teams to ensure client success. You will also handle churn requests and work to minimize client turnover by addressing concerns and providing solutions. Your role will involve respecting and suggesting improvements to existing processes to enhance prioritization and efficiency. You will regularly report on your performance and share best practices with your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
