Overview
Agicap is seeking a Customer Success Manager for their Agicap Business Spend Management product. You'll be responsible for optimizing client retention and implementing the product for new clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and expertise in product training.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in customer success or a related field, ideally with a focus on product implementation and client retention. You excel at building relationships with users and decision-makers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the product. Your communication skills allow you to effectively conduct product training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
You are proactive in identifying new opportunities for clients, helping them optimize their spending and increase transaction volumes. You understand the importance of a smooth onboarding process and are committed to providing a seamless experience for new clients.
What you'll do
As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for the optimal implementation of Agicap's Spend Management tool for new clients. You will build strong relationships with users and decision-makers, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the product effectively. You will conduct product training sessions, tailoring the configuration to meet each client's specific goals.
In your role, you will also identify new spending avenues to increase transaction volumes through the platform. By acting as the voice of the customer, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the product by sharing client feedback with the product team. Your insights will help shape future developments and enhancements.
