Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in customer success or implementation roles, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment β you understand the importance of guiding clients through onboarding and ensuring they achieve full autonomy on the platform. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, Customer Success, and Product. Your ability to gather client feedback and relay it to technical teams is crucial, as you act as the voice of the client in product development discussions.
You are results-driven and maintain high satisfaction indicators such as NPS and CSAT β your focus on client experience drives you to seek out upselling and referral opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to enhancing team performance through shared expertise and innovative ideas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new subscribers, guiding them from initial setup to full activation on the Agicap platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, Customer Success, and Product teams to address client needs and enhance their experience. Your insights will directly contribute to product development, as you provide valuable feedback to the technical and product teams while participating in beta testing of prototypes.
You will act as a key driver of growth through upselling and referrals, maintaining high satisfaction indicators such as NPS and CSAT. Your role will involve sharing your expertise and ideas to enhance team performance, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support throughout their journey with Agicap.
