Who you are

You have experience as a Sales Development Representative, ideally in a mid-market context, where you've successfully built and managed a sales pipeline. You are skilled at identifying potential clients and reaching out to them effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to sourcing and selecting your own prospecting tools. You excel in handling objections and have mastered the art of pitching to C-level executives, including CEOs and CFOs. Your autonomy across the entire sales pipeline allows you to work efficiently from initial contact to closing deals in partnership with your Account Executive. You are a proficient user of HubSpot and have experience with an advanced sales tool stack, enabling you to analyze your performance through KPI evaluation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of companies that fit Agicap's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will work closely with your Account Executive to generate high-potential opportunities and support prospects through the closing stage. Your daily tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Agicap's Treasury Management platform. You will also engage with C-level executives, showcasing your ability to pitch and handle objections with confidence. Your proactive approach will be essential in sourcing and selecting the right prospecting tools to enhance your outreach efforts. You will evaluate your performance through key performance indicators, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets.
