You have prior experience in a quota-carrying role and are familiar with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Staying up to date with the latest trends in AI is important to you, and you are eager to learn and grow in this field.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Decagon, you will play an essential role in growing the customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our groundbreaking AI solutions. You will source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach, reaching out to potential customers through various channels. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the Go-To-Market team, and you will have the opportunity to engage with industry-defining enterprises that utilize our conversational AI platform.

What we offer

Decagon provides a competitive base salary plus a commission structure, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits. We have a take-what-you-need vacation policy and offer daily lunches, dinners, and snacks in the office to keep you at your best. The compensation for this role includes an OTE of $90k - $110k plus equity, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team members for their contributions.
