Who you are
You are a motivated first-time manager ready to step into the SDR Team Lead role for the French markets. You have a passion for coaching and supporting a team of outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), helping them achieve their targets and grow in their roles. You understand the importance of driving sales and are excited about the opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic environment.
You possess strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You are results-driven and have a keen understanding of sales processes, enabling you to guide your team effectively. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and are eager to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coach and support a team of 8 outbound SDRs, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to help your team improve.
You will collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and product, to align strategies and drive growth. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive team culture and ensuring that your team is engaged and motivated to perform at their best.
