What you'll do
As the SDR Team Leader for the UKI region, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting a team of sales development representatives β your primary goal will be to drive performance and ensure that your team is equipped with the skills they need to succeed. You will set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to help your team members grow in their roles.
You will analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement β using this data, you will develop targeted training programs and strategies to enhance your team's performance. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that your team has the resources and support they need to achieve their goals.
In addition to managing your team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives β your insights will help shape the direction of the sales team and contribute to overall business growth.
You will be an advocate for your team, representing their needs and successes to upper management β your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that your team's contributions are recognized and valued within the organization.
