You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry — you understand the nuances of strategic partnerships and how to foster successful relationships with accommodation providers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and understand their needs. You are fluent in Turkish and possess a good command of English, enabling you to navigate diverse client interactions seamlessly. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights to partners, helping them optimize their presence on Agoda's platform.

What you'll do

As an Account Specialist at Agoda, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accommodation partners in the MEA region. You will serve as a consultant, providing strategic advice on how to maximize their success on our platform.
