You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the enterprise sector, where you've successfully navigated the complexities of client relationships and commercial negotiations. Your deep understanding of technical products and industry trends allows you to provide valuable insights to clients, helping them achieve their strategic goals. You thrive in a consultative role, where your ability to listen and understand client needs translates into actionable strategies that drive growth. You are motivated and hands-on, ensuring that you are always in tune with your clients' businesses and how they define success with your solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the mobile marketing or analytics industry is a plus, as it equips you with the knowledge to better serve AppsFlyer's clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your ability to manage accounts effectively and achieve revenue targets. A background in technical sales or customer success can also be beneficial, as it allows you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on both new business development and the expansion of existing relationships. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic account plans that not only address immediate client needs but also anticipate future growth opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, guiding them through the entire commercial lifecycle, from initial sales discussions to contract renewals and product expansions.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that clients receive impeccable service and support throughout their journey with AppsFlyer. This includes coordinating with product teams to facilitate product training and onboarding, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. You will also be expected to analyze account performance and provide insights that drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client engagement.
