What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Clutch, you will own a portfolio of approximately 12-15 mid-market accounts, each valued between $100K and $300K ARR. Your role will involve leading executive onboarding during implementation, ensuring that customers are set up for long-term success. Post-implementation, you will focus on ongoing adoption, value realization, and growth, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients. You will collaborate closely with Implementation Engineers to address any technical challenges that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for your customers. Your responsibilities will also include developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately driving retention and expansion within your accounts. You will work within a distributed team, contributing to a culture of high trust and accountability, and will have opportunities to shape how Clutch delivers value to its customers.
