What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the partnerships strategy for North America, focusing on enterprise Property Managers and software connectivity providers. You will lead a team dedicated to building and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive growth and deepen loyalty among our partners. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that align with Airbnb's brand values while ensuring that our offerings are commercially viable. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure that our partnerships deliver maximum value to hosts and guests. You will also be responsible for monitoring partnership performance, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving market demands.
