What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the Senior Marketing Lead to develop and execute local marketing plans for Korea, ensuring alignment with consumer understanding and seasonality. You will support and implement marketing programs that establish a strong brand voice and drive profitable growth. Collaborating with teams across PR/communications, growth marketing, design, product marketing, public policy, legal, and country leadership, you will bring marketing campaigns to life. Your responsibilities will include executing cross-regional marketing initiatives and maximizing earned media opportunities. You will analyze brand health metrics to inform your strategies and ensure that marketing efforts are impactful and resonate with the local audience. Your role will also involve fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging within the team, encouraging diverse ideas that foster innovation and engagement.
