Overview

Unity is hiring a Senior Digital Campaign Manager to drive digital engagement strategies and manage marketing communications for their Grow (Ad Tech) business. You'll work closely with the Sales team and utilize marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Your expertise in marketing communications allows you to effectively bridge the gap between business goals and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales priorities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data insights to inform your marketing strategies. You are proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, which you utilize to create effective email nurture streams that guide prospects through the customer journey. You understand the importance of localized marketing strategies and can adapt global initiatives to resonate with local audiences.

Desirable

Experience in the Ad Tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital activation strategies such as webinars and product promotions. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate marketing strategies clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the marketing communications for Unity's Grow (Ad Tech) business, driving the localized go-to-market strategy and ensuring that messaging aligns with business priorities. You will plan and manage the execution of digital activations, including webinars and product promotions, while also leading the digital campaign components of major conferences like Unite.

You will design and implement demand generation campaigns across various digital channels, running seasonal promotions and newsletter campaigns that engage the local developer community. Your role will also involve leveraging marketing automation tools to build effective email nurture streams that guide prospects from awareness to conversion.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. You will also contribute to the broader Korea Marketing team’s initiatives, ensuring that all campaigns are integrated and support the overall marketing strategy.
