Overview
Didomi is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized customers in the DACH and North of Europe regions. You'll ensure proper usage of the Didomi platform and foster relationships with trusted customers. This role allows for remote work from the EU.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is key, as you will be working closely with small to medium-sized customers who have high growth potential. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
You are comfortable with travel, as meeting customers in person is an essential part of this role. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively convey the value of the Didomi platform and address any customer concerns. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your customer base and are skilled at leveraging data to drive customer engagement.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Didomi, you will oversee a large portfolio of customers, ensuring they are utilizing the Didomi platform effectively. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth. Regular travel to meet customers in person will be required, allowing you to strengthen relationships and understand their needs better.
You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing training, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve monitoring customer usage and engagement, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to address any issues. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
