You have experience in customer success or a related field, where you've demonstrated your ability to support clients and drive their success. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a major part in supporting Aircall's rapidly growing client base in the DACH market. You will engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance and support to help them achieve success with Aircall's solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to relay customer feedback for product improvements.

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they are set up for success from the start. This includes conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support as they integrate Aircall into their operations. You will also monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to clients to address any issues or concerns.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, acting as their trusted advisor. You will work to identify upsell opportunities and ensure that clients are aware of all the features and benefits available to them. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and retention rates, as well as your ability to drive product adoption.
