Overview

PlayPlay is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join their US Customer Success team based in Paris. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the video creation platform. What you'll do

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and guiding them through the initial stages of using PlayPlay's platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their objectives and help them leverage the platform to achieve tangible business results. Your efforts will directly impact customer retention and reduce churn rates. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and enhancements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the support necessary to succeed.
