You have 7+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue through innovative marketing strategies. Your expertise in data analysis allows you to make informed decisions that align marketing efforts with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively integrated with sales and operations.

Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. You are proficient in tools like Google Analytics and SQL, which you use to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are passionate about creating seamless experiences across various communication channels.

Desirable

Experience in AI-driven marketing solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. You have a knack for identifying growth opportunities and are comfortable experimenting with new marketing channels to achieve results.

What you'll do

As the Director of Growth and Performance Marketing at Aircall, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
