Minted is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition strategies. You'll leverage innovative marketing approaches to enhance business growth. This role requires significant experience in performance marketing.

Who you are

You are an experienced marketer with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of driving growth. You have a strategic mindset and are analytical in your approach, allowing you to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with customers. Your ability to think creatively and introduce new ideas will be crucial in taking Minted's marketing efforts to the next level. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Your experience in customer acquisition across various channels will be instrumental in achieving Minted's growth objectives. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. You will analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth across all of Minted's categories. Collaborating with the VP of Marketing, you will build on Minted's existing marketing foundation and introduce innovative ideas that align with the company's vision.

You will lead a team of marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve setting clear goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, allowing for continuous improvement and optimization. You will also work closely with product teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product launches and enhancements.
