Aircall is seeking a Managing Director for their North/UKI region to drive Go-To-Market performance. You'll lead pipeline generation, sales, and account management in a high-growth environment. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution skills.

You have a proven track record of leadership in high-growth environments, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving Go-To-Market strategies. Desirable

What you'll do

As the Managing Director for North/UKI at Aircall, you will own and drive the end-to-end Go-To-Market performance for one of our most strategic countries. This includes accountability for pipeline generation, sales, and account management. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring they are equipped to meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve growth. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align efforts and maximize impact.
