Fresha is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business initiatives and collaborate with the Commercial team. This role is based in London and requires a proactive approach to business development.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business development, ideally within the beauty and wellness industry, and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a leading marketplace platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy face-to-face interactions, making you a natural fit for our dog-friendly office in London. Your ability to work autonomously and tackle challenges head-on will be key to your success in this role.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with potential partners and stakeholders. Your experience in a fast-paced environment has equipped you with the agility to adapt to changing circumstances and seize new opportunities. You are driven by results and have a track record of successfully bringing in new business.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Fresha, you will report directly to the Head of Sales (Europe) and work closely with the Commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with potential partners and driving growth for the company. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that align with Fresha's growth plans, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the organization.

You will engage with various stakeholders, presenting Fresha's value proposition and demonstrating how our platform can benefit their businesses. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential partners and understanding their needs, allowing you to tailor your approach effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners, fostering long-term relationships that drive mutual success.
