Who you are

You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in the realm of voice technology and call quality. Your background includes working closely with engineering, data, and customer experience teams to drive product strategy and improvements. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality voice solutions and have a track record of managing complex projects that enhance user experience.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform product decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are skilled at troubleshooting issues that may arise in voice performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy for Aircall's Call Quality and Voice Platform, ensuring that every conversation is crisp and reliable. You will lead initiatives to enhance voice reliability and media performance, working closely with engineering and data teams to define the long-term vision for call performance. Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful product improvements that scale globally, as well as collaborating with product marketing to communicate the value of these enhancements to customers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to call quality. This involves gathering feedback, conducting user research, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will work to ensure that the voice layer of Aircall's product remains a key differentiator in the market.
