You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in areas related to voice technology and call quality. With 5+ years of experience, you understand the nuances of customer communications and the importance of delivering a seamless user experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, data, and customer experience teams to drive product improvements.

Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and measure the impact of product changes. You are customer-obsessed, always seeking to understand user needs and pain points. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams ensures that everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals.

Desirable

Experience in AI-powered products or customer communication platforms would be a plus. Familiarity with voice reliability metrics and media performance is highly desirable. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value to customers.

What you'll do

As the Staff Product Manager for Call Quality, you will own the strategy for voice reliability and call experience observability. You will work with cross-functional teams to define and implement product improvements that enhance call performance globally. Your role will involve setting the long-term vision for the voice platform, ensuring that it aligns with Aircall's overall mission to redefine customer communications.
