Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the education sector, with experience managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships is key, ensuring consistent engagement with institutional goals. You thrive in complex sales environments, navigating multi-threaded, cross-departmental deals with ease. You are skilled in consultative selling, leveraging storytelling and discovery skills to position solutions effectively. You understand the unique challenges faced by educational institutions and are passionate about helping them transform their operations through innovative solutions. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute strategic account plans for Airtable’s top 20 education accounts, focusing on both net-new and expansion opportunities. You will drive significant annual expansion revenue through multi-threaded, cross-departmental deals, identifying and operationalizing repeatable plays within the education market to accelerate adoption. Building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships will be crucial, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with institutional goals. You will expand product adoption across multiple departments within each institution, maintaining strong pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy across named accounts. Running disciplined, MEDDIC-style sales processes will be part of your daily routine, as you navigate complex, consensus-driven buying committees. As a consultative partner, you will leverage your expertise to position Airtable as a platform solution that meets the unique needs of educational institutions.
