Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products to Strategic Enterprise stakeholders, particularly within Product, Data, or Engineering teams. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas, demonstrating your ability to drive sales and build strong client relationships. You thrive in challenging environments and enjoy the fast-paced nature of the tech industry.

Your expertise in business development is complemented by your skills in client engagement, allowing you to effectively manage multiple relationships simultaneously. You are adept at crafting long-term plans for account growth and possess a thorough understanding of the Strategic Enterprise sales cycle. You are comfortable using technology to forecast and manage deal stages, ensuring pipeline predictability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a Strategic Enterprise territory, responsible for generating new customer contracts and expanding existing relationships. You will actively prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging your professional network. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs and how Fullstory can meet them, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial to your success. You will also utilize technology to manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring that you are on track to meet your goals.
